(FAHSC) invites qualified independent auditing firms having sufficient non-profit and governmental accounting and auditing experience to submit proposals to provide Independent External Single Auditing Services beginning with fiscal year end June 30, 2024. Written proposals using the format described herein must be received by email by 12:00 p.m. on July 25, 2024 in order to be considered with delivery and read receipts enabled. The Florida Association of Healthy Start Coalitions (FAHSC) invites a proposal for the preparation of audited financial statements for the Florida Association of Healthy Start Coalitions, Inc., (the parent company) and the Healthy Start MomCare Network, Inc., (HSMN, the subsidiary/administrative services organization). These two nonprofit, 501c3 organizations require separate federal single audits and other auditing services for the periods described herein. FAHSC and HSMN prefer to use the same auditing firm to prepare separate reports for each company.
